TECHNOLOGY | The grape varieties were harvested separately at the optimum ripening time for each variety. The processing was done both by berry and whole bunch pressing. All musts were settled and fermented under controlled cool temperatue. The fermented wines were aged in tanks on fine lees until the end of November. Leányka, Olaszrizling, Királyleányka and a very small amount of Ottonel muskotály. |
