TECHNOLOGY | The white counterpart of the Egri Bikavér, a Superior quality blend from Eger. The aim of the winery was to produce an elegant, serious, substantial wine with a long ageing potential. It faithfully reflects the face of the Eger Wine Region, the cool climate, beautiful ripeness and refreshing acidity in a deep, layered wine. The four grape varieties have been processed and fermented separately, with the final blend created after ageing. |
