TECHNOLOGY | A blend of 4 base wines. Grapes were harvested at full ripeness. After destemming and light crush fermentation in 150 hl stainless steel tanks for 24-30 days. Maceration with pump over, after fermentation the grape juice was pressed and left to settle 2 weeks. Base wines were put into different size oak barrels and aged for 20 months. After blending wine was bottled in spring 2022. Full bodied, ripe, fruity wine with a long finish. |
