TECHNOLOGY | "It is a much warmer vintage than in the previous year 2020, but we think that thanks to both the viticultural and oenological works and the right harvest date, the Eger character of the wine, the cool and fruity character of the Pinot Noir, characterizes this wine very nicely. For 2021 we experimented with several barrels and got some nice results, but we felt that the different barrels complemented each other nicely in this case, so this year we made a Pinot noir. |
