TECHNOLOGY | Harvest from our old plantations in the upper part of the Síkhegy vineyard. Very strict yield control were maintained from pruning to shoot selection to bunching. After a warm, dry August and September, we harvested perfectly ripe grapes in early October. After destemming the grapes were fermented on the skins in steel tanks for a good two weeks. The wine was aged in first and second fill Hungarian and French 225 and 500 litre barrels for one and a half years. |
