TECHNOLOGY | The bordeaux blend of an outstanding vintage with the domination of Cabernet Franc, complemented by Sauvignon and Merlot. Base wines were fermented and aged separately in first and second filling 5 hl oak barrels for 12 months. After blended part of the base wines into a 20 hl barrel and further aged 13 months. Final blend and fining in February, bottled in April. Total production: 5300 bottles |
