| TECHNOLOGY | Four wine blends, the grapes needed for the base wines were harvested at full ripeness. Each variety was harvested separately at the appropriate time for that variety. After crushing and destemming, the grapes were fermented in ermentation tanks for 1-1.5 weeks. The individual base wines were transferred to used wooden barrels of various sizes, where they were aged for 18 months. |
