TECHNOLOGY | A blend of four base wines. The grapes for the base wines were harvested at full maturity with high must sugar content. Each variety was harvested separately at the right time for the variety. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks after crushing and destemming for about 20 days. Each base wine was decanted into oak barrels of different sizes and aged for 15 months. |
