TECHNOLOGY | The selected grapes were harvested in the second half of October from our 35-year-old vineyard on the Síkhegy. The fermentation was done in 10 hl vats with maceration. The fermented must was settled after pressing then aged in 3 pieces of new 5 hl wooden barrels. The wine was bottled in April 2019 and 1850 bottles were produced. |
