TECHNOLOGY | 100% Kékfrankos Rosé from the Almagyar vineyards. The grapes were processed quickly, pressed immediately after the grapes were destemmed, where the juice was separated. The settled, clarified must was inoculated and fermented in a controlled way for two weeks. The coarse lees were removed and the wine was bottled at the end of October after clarification and filtration. |
