| TECHNOLOGY | Five wine blends, the grapes needed for the base wines were harvested at full ripeness, each variety separately, at the appropriate time for that variety. After crushing and destemming, the grapes were fermented in steel tanks for approximately two weeks. The majority of the wines were aged in 500-liter Hungarian and French barrels, which were filled 1-4 times. |
