TECHNOLOGY

The point of Siller technology means that the grapes are left on the lees for only a short time, unlike the red wine technology. We harvested at the end of September. The must was macerated for 4 days then the juice was removed, inoculated and fermented under reductive conditions. Fermentation was left to mature in steel tanks for a few months and bottled in March. The Kadarka plantation is 20 years old. Medium high cordon. 0,7 ha.
