TECHNOLOGY | The white counterpart of Egri Bikavér, a superior quality blend from Eger, the winery's aim was to produce an elegant, serious, substantial wine with long ageing potential. It faithfully reflects the face of the Eger Wine Region, with its cool climate, beautiful ripeness and fissured acidity in a deep, layered wine. The four grape varieties were processed and fermented separately, with the final blend created after ageing. |
