TECHNOLOGY | The first Grand Superior category wine of the winery. Very strict yield control of all varieties. All grapes and base wines were processed and aged separately. Base wines were aged for 16 months in 5hl new oak and 20 hl second used barrels. Blended in April 2018 and put back to barrel for further 3 months. 4400 bottles are produced. |
