TECHNOLOGY | This excellent vintage wine is the winery's first Grand Superior Kékfrankos from the Síkhegy vineyard. It is a highly yield controlled lot (45q/ha) resulting in a very complex, concentrated wine. The grapes were harvested on 12 October with 23 suger degree must. Fermentation in stainless steel, maceration with pump over. After pressing and settling, the wine was aged in second-fill 5 hl oak barrels for 16 months. In May it was equalised in stainless steel then fined. Bottled in September 2019. Number of bottles: 1900. |
