| TECHNOLOGY | The cool and fruity character of Pinot Noir characterizes this wine very nicely. In 2023, we experimented with several barrels and achieved good results, but we felt that in this case, the different barrels complemented each other nicely in our Superior Pinot Noir. The wine comes entirely from our Pinot Noir vineyard in the Steiner vineyard, and we believe that this location on our estate produces much higher quality Pinot than any other location. After fermentation in tanks and malolactic fermentation, the wines were aged in 225- and 500-liter Hungarian and French barrels. |
