The grapes grown in the Eger Wine Region are harvested by hand, after fast delivery we berry in our winery and then gently press them. The stum thus obtained is pasteurized after two days of refrigerated sedimentation, thus ensuring shelf life and the natural and fresh fruitiness of the grape must. After pasteurization, the must is filled into a 3-liter bag in box, which, after opening, retains the quality of the must for 3 weeks when stored in a refrigerator.
