| TECHNOLOGY | Harvested from the Marinka vineyard at the end of September 2021. Fast, gentle processing of whole bunch pressing. The must was left to settle for a day then fermented in 500 litres new Hungarian oak barrels, aged until early summer 2022. Two barrels in total were produced. Extremely small quantity. A total of 1314 bottles were made in early July. |
