Its medium-intense, golden colour shimmers beautifully in the drops that spill down the walls of the glass. When poured, notes of barrel roast dominate on the nose. Swirling it, the notes that emerge change. Butternut corn, lime, white fleshed peach, and perhaps a hint of tuff at the very end. A full-bodied wine with an almost oily texture. Acids are still strongly present, giving the palate a citrusy tartness.
