We selected the finest base wines of the winery for this blend. Base wines were aged in 60 and 5 hl barrels for 2 years, then we put them in inox and made the blend in March 2017. 4360 bottles are produced.
Raw steak, game dishes, smoked cheese and roasted lamb.
