The grapes were harvested in technological maturity, which means that in case of rosé, it is necessary to remove the grapes before the full ripening, so that the smell and acid content are a given. After crushing and destemming, we pressed it straight away. The last two fractions were separated (these were not put into the rosé). The fermentation was directed at 15 degrees C for 16 days. Afterwards it was filtered and then bottled. It came from Síkhegy Slope.
