100 % pinot noir
After the grapes were harvested, we followed the technology of rosé production. After destemming and light crush, pressing were made in pneumatic press machine, whereas the last two fractions were put separately aside. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled 15 degrees C temperature. It was bottled at the end of November.
Wine should be cooled down for 11-12 degrees C. We recommend with salads, pastas, sea food and poultry dishes.
