The characteristic colour of the variety, which is slightly orange, already tells a lot about the wine. First, aromas start with light skin fragrance, then after a short time we recognise the fruit, peach and grapefruit complemented by fine sweetness. Lively but very pleasant acids. Besides the fruits, punch and cake taste on the palate gives it great complexity. The medium body is increased more by its relatively high alcohol. Long finish with some alcoholic sweetness and bitterness make the tasting pallet all the more colourful. (CsokiLaBor)

Technology

After the grapes were harvested, we followed the technology of rosé production. After destemming and light crush, pressing were made in pneumatic press machine, whereas the last two fractions were put separately aside. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled 15 degrees C temperature. It was bottled at the end of November.

Food pairing

Wine should be cooled down for 11-12 degrees C. We recommend with salads, pastas, sea food and poultry dishes.
