100% Pinot Noir
Harvest on the 23rd of September. After destemming and light crush, 24 days maceration period. After maceration we pressed the wine and had settled for 3 weeks. Wine was aged in 20 hl oak barrels for 10 months and bottled in November 2018. Total production: 6400 bottles.
Perfect companion of lamb dishes.
Alcohol: 14,11 % v/v, Residual sugar: 1,9 g/l, Sugar free extract: 26,2 g/l, T. acid: 4,5 g/l, Free SO2 : 28 mg/l
