Harvest in the middle of September from 35 years old vines. After destemming and light crush came a considerate pressing the next day in pneumatic press. Must got pressed after settling with reductive technology. We bottled the wine in July 2018. The grape comes from Almagyar Cru.
Alcohol: 12,97 % vol, Residual Sugar : 1,9 g/l, Sugar Free extract: 23,3 g/l, T. acid: 5,3 g/l, Free SO2: 11 mg/l
A refreshing summer wine recommended to drink chilled, 11-12 Co , drinking just as an aperitif or with salads, pastas and starters.
