After the first sip appears a velvety, silky smoothness. Pale colour, clear, lively bouquet.  Grape flower, honey and white blossom fragrances with dominant peach on the nose. Peach on the palate complemented by fine acids makes this a precious wine.

The most characteristic grape variety giving white wine in the wine region of Eger.  Wines made of this grape brought great reputation to the town. Leányka is an ancient, grape, today a Hungaricum, is prominent with its freshness, lightness, aromas however determined characteristic features.

Technology

Harvest in the middle of September from 35 years old vines. After destemming and light crush came a considerate pressing the next day in pneumatic press. Must got pressed after settling with reductive technology. We bottled the wine in July 2018. The grape comes from Almagyar Cru.
