Harvest at the end of September. After destemming and light crush, came a considerate pressing the next day in a pneumatic press. Must got pressed after settling, with reductive technology. Wine contains 6 g/l residual sugar. This resulted a nice, fruity, fresh wine with middle alcohol content and a bit higher extract.
A refreshing summer wine rich in aromas, recommended to drink cooled down to 11-12 degrees C, drinking just as an aperitif or with salads and starters.
