The base wines are aged partly in 225-500l second-filled oak barrels for 25 months. After we blended our the most beautiful base wines, the blend is left for a further 2 months of aging. After bottling comes a further 6 months aging in the bottle.
Alcohol:13,97% vol, Residual sugar: 1,5 g/l, Sugar free extract: 27,7 g/l T.acid: 4,8 g/l, Free SO2: 25mg/l
