100 % Leányka, Age of vines: 40 years
Grapes were harvested in the middle of October. After light crush and destemming maceration for one day on 8 Co. Considerate pressing, then fermentation in stainless steel on 15 Co for 3 weeks. Wine was partly aged in 18 Hl barrels and stainless steel for 6 months. Before bottled, wine got sweetened with concentrated must. 4900 bottles were made.
Alkohol: 12,4 % vol, Összes cukor: 50,7 g/l, Cukormentes extrakt: 20,2 g/l, Titrálható sav: 5,4 g/l, Szabad kéndioxid: 25 mg/l
With lightly sweet desserts. Recommended tasting temperature: 11-12 Co.
